I can't read the prices and the choices.
Check what you ordered when they deliver your pizzas. I got an 11" hand-tossed pizzas for what's supposed to be 13". Too late, I just noticed it on their flyer that it's supposed to be 13"-14".
Oh no, I am sorry for that mishap. Yes, us consumers should really be more aware of these things and be really skeptical and critical of the things we buy. Thanks for your comment, Carmi. Rest assured we will take care of that matter for you. :) (haha)

I don't know if shakey's webpage is updated because we tried to contact its hotline several times and nobody is answering. So we just cinatected the other Pizza Company.
your branch here at 365 plaza,san nicolas ilocos norte,always runs out of dough. last feb25,2011 at 10am,as soon as the store opens, we used are supercard and ordered for 3 pizzas party size,which includes 3 free pizzas party size also.but when we called again after 1 hour to order the same 3 pizzas, they said that there were already no more doughs...so we called greenwich instead.....again last march4,6pm,we will again use our supercard to order for 3 party size pizzas again,to our surprise,again it is still out of stock but instead they offered for the large size,so we settled for the large size and since we have 2 cards, we wanted to order for 6 large pizzas with 6 free pizzas,but they answered that they only have 2 large doughs available....are you joking us!!!!we always make bulk orders,to we were surprised that you only have limited doughs!!!!!???????and to think that if we request to include 20 plastic cups,ice,many hot sauces..you will always say that you can only give 10 plastic cups,and no tissues are included in the delivery.....is this your kind of service????!!!!!and also my officemate purchased a supercard in SM BAGUIO and when he was trying to use it in shakeys camp john hay, it was denied....how come????

Finally. After waiting for long time and too many malfunctions (=abandoned orders). Their on-line ordering works now. It seems to be OK. Even accepting PayPal (for and extra 65 Pesos), so I paid cash. (I used to get Yellow Cab. But they are too expensive now and their service is not that good any more.
BTW: Few months ago I ordered from Shakey's by phone and they forgot 1 of 2 pizzas (it was not even on the bill). to my surprise it was delivered 30 minutes later - FREE of charge ... so I tipped the driver for it ...

A month ago, I called Shakey's hotline at 77-777. Whew! I spent half an hour just for the operator to get my name and address. FYI, I was using my post paid mobile back then and it's my birthday! that's my unacceptable experience on their delivery hotline operator, she didn't even give her name.

I dont get it they use to cater us in our area but now they say they dont. we order today they say they removed our area in they cover.
i like shakeys we always go there and we them for delivery but as on this day we will not go to shakeys and i will not recomend it to my friends.

I ordered shakey's yesterday via 77777 and from Blue Wave Marikina ( presumably) and availed of the Shakey's Discount Card. i paid for the pizaa and card. They delivered the pizza but not the discount card.

i have my bf who lives in the u.s.a. and he will want to order a pizza from shakeys online delivery and have it deliver the pizza at my house here in bacolod city? how can we do it? somebody please teach us???

The discount card isn't a racket. When my order came, the delivery man made me fill up a form and gave me a temporary card. 2 months after, the real card was delivered by mail. (Bacoor, Cavite)
Shakys in SBMA Olongapo told me that there is now a 1500P minimum order for a home delivery. THREE WEEKS AGO it was half that. Is that that the same for all sites?
